Erin is a very engaged, high energy partner to have when buying or selling. Our old home sold in less than a week - full disclosure, it was priced to sell quickly but she had buyers looking at it 2 days before the listing was even public. My wife and I were first time home buyers as of September of 2017. The task of truly shopping around, understanding the market, and making such a big LONG term decision seemed overwhelming to say the least. Fortunately we were referred to Erin and her services by a friend and those stressful moments immediately became much easier. We looked at houses with Erin for about 6 weeks and patiently learned what we (ourselves) were looking for in a home. She helped us understand different aspects (pros and cons) of many different pieces of a home such as floor plans, pools, kitchens, appliances, etc. Throughout the process, she was very patient yet responsive when there was something we needed or even just a simple question we had. Her personality made it very easy to work with her while being transparent and honest on what we truly needed and felt. Furthermore, she always went to look at houses when it was convenient for us, and not when she had free time. We felt like we were her number one priority as she would always clear her schedule to take care of our needs. Erin was full of compassion as she attended our official "document signing" as well as took us out for a celebratory drink (after signing) and even brought us a very nice "welcome" gift to our new home. My favorite Erin characteristic is well.. all of them. She knows her stuff, has a superior network of support folks,and responds in a matter of hours, even on while on vacation. She can negotiate a deal like no other. Erin is hugely honest, and does not sugarcoat. I respect her integrity, something sorely lacking in todays society.Erin has an extraordinary amount of patience and knows how to meet to clients on their level. Julie was the perfect realtor for helping my husband and I purchase our first home. She is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her clients. As first time homebuyers the process we knew nothing about felt so intimidating.
